Integration by E-mail

Third parties contact ADJD by e-mail. When the e-mail is received, the messaging
system automatically registers the new e-mail in the messaging system and it will
appear directly at the "Outbound and Inbound" Unit.

Requirements

  1. The letter must be send to the mail of the addressed unit
  2. Subject must be entered for the e-mail
  3. There should be at least one attachment to the e-mail
  4. If there is more than one attachment, the signed
    message must be named: “Signed Letter.pdf”
